TeachParentsTech.org. A new project of love launched by Google to help kids teach their parents computer basics without the frustrations. The site currently offers 50 basic how-t0 films that you can easily send over to those people in your life less technologically-savvy than yourselves.
Now, Google obviously has an incentive to help a new target market get online. And with Google’s great branding job within the videos, they’re going to get a lot of free advertising from this.
But regardless, this is very helpful. I can’t wait ’til I get the next phone call from my mother that I can pawn off onto Google.
