Online Retailers have expressed concern over Google’s shift for pay-to-play in its Google Shopping Area.  Formerly free combined with paid results, the system now is all-pay.  Many online experts are concerned that the small retailer will be most affected by this change.

While some online retailers warn of raising their costs to afford to pay to play on Google shopping- other retailers are more optimistic, saying it will make results easier to track.
