How simply untrue. Statistically, Google 2011 is head over heels better than Google 2000. Our expectations in technological performance have simply increased right along with it. Matt Cutts from Google recently showed how content limited Google’s indexing used to be (with often, the majority of results all coming from one domain), and also how spam-plagued they were.
Google is still working on earning your business. By providing you with the most relevant, information-rich content they can find for you. Just as they worked to stop the spammers 10 years ago, they’re working to fix it today. We’ve just lost our patience.
